1. Product Information & Colors

We strive to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings, lighting conditions, and photography.

Such variations do not qualify as defects or grounds for refunds.

2. Order Confirmation

Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS, email, or WhatsApp.

Aurah reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order due to product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are listed in PKR.

• Prices may be updated without prior notice.
  

• Aurah reserves the right to cancel orders resulting from pricing or technical errors.

4. Made-to-Order Products

Many Aurah products are made to order and crafted specifically for each customer.

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded after production has begun.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final.

Aurah does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges due to:

• Change of mind

• Personal preference

• Incorrect size selection by the customer

• Slight color variations caused by screen displays

• Delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control

Customers are encouraged to carefully review product descriptions, measurements, and order details before purchasing.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

In the rare event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect product, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order with clear photos and order details.

Aurah will review the claim and determine an appropriate resolution at its sole discretion.

7. Delivery Timeline

Our standard delivery timeframe is approximately 15–20 working days.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

• High order volumes

• Public holidays

• Weather conditions

• Courier delays

Aurah shall not be held responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including images, product designs, descriptions, logos, graphics, and branding, is the exclusive property of Aurah.

Any reproduction, copying, distribution, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.

9. Privacy & Data Protection

Customer information is collected solely for order processing, delivery, customer support, and service improvements.

Aurah does not sell or rent customer data to third parties.
